Order requirements

Quality & Manufacturing

Clear product requirements are the foundation of a reliable order. Material, dimensions, finish, function, labeling, packaging, and documentation must be agreed for each applicable product before confirmation.

Specification first

Quality Requirements Are Product-Specific

Every quotation should identify the requested product, quantity, variation, and relevant technical requirements. Product-specific details take precedence over general website descriptions.

Specification-Led Orders

Product, quantity, variation, material, dimensions, and finish should be stated in the RFQ.

Materials & Finishes

Applicable grades, coatings, and finishes vary by instrument and will be confirmed per product.

Inspection & Documentation

Tell us which records, certificates, test reports, or regulatory documents your process requires.

Evidence before claims

Documents and Certifications

Only verified, current documents that apply to the requested product and destination will be presented or supplied.

Document availability: certificates, inspection records, test reports, and other technical documents are supplied only when applicable to the selected product and confirmed in writing.

Review Requirements Before Ordering

Share your quality checklist with the RFQ so documentation and acceptance requirements can be reviewed before pricing is finalized.
